I really feel for you!! My son has really bad allergies since he was a baby!! He was premature & never did have a good immune system. His worst is dustmites & maple trees!!! I used to almost have to keep my house spotless from top to bottom!! I'd send him off with his Dad for a few hours while I cleaned as not to disturb the dust & trigger his allergies when I was doing a full blownout cleaning!! Had to put plastic on his mattress & pillows they are so bad. ((((Mikey))))

Chlorotabs are the only thing that have ever helped me. And they only work for 2-3 hours, but relief is relief.

My ex had allergies so bad his nose was red all year.
So we go to the doctor.
They do the 50 pokes on his back to see what he is
allergic to.
Everything it turns out, and they put him on shots for
the rest of his life.

Then I read about honey.
You would go buy your local honey, takes some finding,
but the key was LOCAL HONEY.
I started him on it, daily.
Espresso every night with it.
In a month, he stopped all the shots.
He has never had another allergy. Or shot.
When we moved, the first thing I did was go find the
local honey,
Same results.

The local honey is rendered by bees that pollinate all
the local allergy-producing plants.

One word: Adaptogens!

Go get a master herbalist blend thereof at your local health shoppe ... flowerforyou

Plenty of info online ... I've worked these in the clinic for yonks, completely efficacious!

Deliver yourself from the misery!

Edit ... And, yep, local honey is an adaptogen in and of itself, as well ...

For me its molds and grass pollens. Usually grass doesn't bother me, unless someone is either mowing their lawn, or it is freshly cut, like within a few hours of being mowed. Molds, never really encounter any, unless someone has a mildew problem, or their place gets flooded.

YeS! It worked for my ex back east also! Years ago. Funny thing is, when we moved here, his topped altogether and I developed them. Now am used to it but once every 3 to 4 years it gets bad and I forget the honey thing. i'm not sure there is any beehives in S. nevada though, very little bees. Reading that they are dying off, not good at all for pollenation, flowers to grow, trees, etc. It's all the chemicals. Sigh...
