You didn't get mad when the Supreme Court stopped a legal recount and appointed a President.

You didn't get mad when Cheney allowed Energy company officials to dictate energy policy.

You didn't get mad when a covert CIA operative got outed.

You didn't get mad when the Patriot Act got passed.

You didn't get mad when we illegally invaded a country that posed no threat to us.

You didn't get mad when we spent over 600 billion (and counting) on said illegal war.

You didn't get mad when over 10 billion dollars just disappeared in Iraq.

You didn't get mad when you saw the Abu Grahib photos.

You didn't get mad when you found out we were torturing people.

You didn't get mad when the government was illegally wiretapping Americans.

You didn't get mad when we didn't catch Bin Laden.

You didn't get mad when you saw the horrible conditions at Walter Reed.

You didn't get mad when we let a major US city drown.

You didn't get mad when the deficit hit the trillion dollar mark.

You finally got mad when.. when... wait for it... when the government decided that people in America deserved the right to see a doctor if they are sick. Yes, illegal wars, lies, corruption, torture, stealing your tax dollars to make the rich richer, are all OK with you but helping other Americans... well **** that.

That about right? You know it is.

The problem is, that people treat various media sources as a gospel.

The bias play more role than the actual news.

If we would cut out the biased parts and partisanship, then a 2 page article on the net, or 10 minutes of the news on TV would be reduced to a couple of sentences.

It should be the job of the people to "cut off the unhealthy" fat" , but I guess they just digest all of it and take it as reailty and truth.
It's the failure of the people being so easy to mislead, whichever propaganda is stronger at he moment.

They don't have to get mad at Bush for what he did, they have a new scapegoat.

They don't care if they are blaming the wrong person.

It's also has to do if someone is able to think independently. It's always a minority I would say...hmm...5-6% of the population. The rest are followers. That's why there were a some sort of a genocide committed by someone at someone almost every century dating back as far as history could trace it.

With this planet's history...How could anyone feel comfortable with a more powerful government....Just doesn't make sense....Obama's happy to throw you in jail for not 'participating.' - thankfully the opposition forced that provision out.

To be pro-government is to be anti individual...it's math

The government is broke...yet (our wannabe dictator) Obama tells us that we have endless resources....and some fools actually believe it....We're heading 100miles/hr toward a brick wall.

If you have children and support this stuff - you are evil. To the next couple of generations...we'll be known as the disgraceful band of selfish theives that they have to clean up after....

This is reality...Hating and despising freedom will not change any of it....

Anybody who's responsible for handling money understands the foolishness of this whole mess...

Hile Obama....

I am sure many accountants would disagree with you. And this is more of the namecalling that diminishes true debate and prevents true progress. I have children and I teach them that hard decisions and sacrifices are often required of us. So, yes, I do support the healthcare bill and yet I am FAR from evil.

I could easily make the mirror image claim that anyone who is 'pro individual' is anti-community and therefore evil,, but it would be just as pompous a claim..

and, for the record, It isnt OBama that makes the laws by himself or who created tax evasion laws. I know of MANY infamous people who have found themselves in jail for tax evasion LONG before OBama took office.

There was a stat recently that many people were losing their **** over. Apparently about 47% of the population doesn’t pay Federal Income taxes. Why, you ask? Because they make so little money that taxing it is pointless, or they receive assistance in the form of government credits aimed at reducing the financial stress of lower to middle income families.

Here is a more annoying stat; approximately 53% of your tax payment goes to military funding. On principle I can’t really object to that. However, in practice this money is squandered on ******** like having outposts all over the world and slogging through two different wars that our military is apparently incapable of bringing to a close. Wasteful spending in the military is legion and has been for quite sometime. Comparatively, something like education, which is posing a huge problem to the US at the moment, is pathologically under funded.

But the infamous tea-baggers or tea-partiers or tax day protesters or whatever they are called only recently noticed that the government was actively screwing them over. In fact, for many years if one said something not completely glowing about the government they were accused of being a communist by the same people who are now so critical. .............................
