not entirely sure if this is covered somewhere else, but i couldn't find any answers... the biggest issue i have seen here, on this site, along with other sites that are similar, is i have troubles differentiating between people who have been online recently, and people who have long forgotten about this site... other than reading their profile. becoming totally enthralled with them, and then coming to the realization they are possibly long married at this point...

the only way i have seen to do that is using the "who's online" feature, amd then the issue is everyone is from the other side of the continent!

any thoughts, ideas or tips?

Nope no thoughts on that, sorry. I've encountered many awesome peeps here that I consider "friends" and send my thanks to Mingle staff for that. This is a great site and even though I don't spend much time here anymore I'll say IT WORKS!!!! "Good luck everyone, don't give up cuz I'm convinced it works"

At this time that is the only option to find out when a member was last online unless you check their posting history which will give a specific time and date they last posted.

But other then that at this time that is the only way to find out. It may be possible that some new features will be introduced within the future....

When you access their profile, look to the right.

If it says, "Last seen over a month ago", move on.

If it says, "Last seen within the last day" or "Last seen within the last week", give it a shot.
