Shshhs it is not only men sorry but before I will talk to anyone about meeting them I want to see some pictures. Heck I'm not into big surprises and yeah call me shallow but I may not want to make that step once I see what they look like.........

However, it doesn't bother everyone and many women admit they enjoy photos of men, myself included. If you don't want to show your pics, that's cool, just tell the men that and if they try to press the issue, that's what the block button is for. It shouldn't bother you that not everyone shares your opinion, the world would be boring if we all thought the same. why would it bother me that we don't agree on the topic however did you end up with this conclusion

Truth of it is... Women are more emotionally connected with words, conversation. Men more naturally connect emotionally to visuals, which is why women like romance novels, and guys like porn... Lol! But honestly.

So I misunderstood you, sorry. Just tell them no when they ask. I used to get requests for pics before I posted mine and I just blocked them. Now I have one up to keep weirdos from emailing or nudging me. It's working.

if you're trying to inititate contact with people, for dating purposes, and have not posted a photo, i'd say don't be surprised when you don't get a reply. my understanding was that they were wanting more and more photos of you, over and above what was already posted. nine times out of ten, i won't respond to a faceless profile and will just hit 'delete'.

Then again, plenty of gals will send pic after blurry pic of their nether regions despite the fact that it looks like a beaten piece of liver with a toupee'. Personally, I dig on pix. (Not the nipple shots that are so close up you can't even tell it's a nipple) But to think that a guy should place no value on looks is just not realistic. To my experience, when people won't show their face, it is for a good reason. Can't see YOUR face darlin'.

First of all when one puts up pictures that are too far away and one can not see the person real good then they will ask for closer shots in order to see them...... So maybe your pictures are too dark for them to see and they can not tell what you look like....

PS I have a hang up about profiles without pics at all. She says "Athletic" but in reality she is "Jabba the Hut!" Now I can agree that it can get overbearing with the whole exchange of pics thing but that is how some people get their kicks.
