Republican Rep. Eric Cantor's Richmond campaign office was shot at Wednesday night, Fox News has learned, the latest in a rash of apparent threats and acts of intimidation against members of Congress.

According to the Richmond Police Dpt. this was a random act and not tied to any political agenda. The bullet was fired sometime between Monday(pm) and Tuesday(am)not on Wednesday as you have reported here. It,as it turns out, was/is a stray bullet. (which is kind of frightening on its own)

Oh, thank goodness, I thought it was one of those patriots ready to take up arms under THIS president because they dont want to pay taxes...

It's to convienent, they are trying to keep quiet on something. Think about it, it would raise the panic level and honestly wouldn't help their investigation any for the public to know the truth. Law Enforcement provides false information like this all the time.

Personally, I would blow off the comments that happened on Friday. You need to have thick skin to be in congress so when someone calls them a Ni$$er or Faggot should just blow it off, I would. Personally when someone uses terms like that or teabagger I just look at them for what they really are, uneducated and simple minded with no class what so ever.

And that equally applies to conservatives who yell out "Baby Killer!" on the floor of the House of Representatives, right?

Or when they do it in forums like this one, too?

people on both sides have reported threatening phone calls, emails...ect. I think it is safe to say there are nuts on all sides, but I have yet to see you copy and paste the stories from the other side. why? do they not serve you the same?
