Naw. I admire him and enjoy his wit, but I prefer older fellas. Just like the 'no kids' thing on Lex's list...if I were looking, mine would have a 'must be over 55' caveat. But, dang...20 years ago? I'd have been jumping up and down, waving at him and yellin' "Me! Me! Me!!! No, he's not the guy for me...nor I the gal for him, but there is someone out there for him. I just know it!

Date women whose kids have grown up and moved out. There are a lot of feisty, wicked smart ones who will give you a run for your Llllllllama. That's a negatory there, good buddy. |

Psst Lex. Posse alert, possible sighting. Check out the 30 or 40 something forum. There's a single female, no kids, no drugs, sounds intelligent. You'll have to investigate the other aspects on your own but I'm thinking you can swing an interesting first e-mail.
No pix so maybe she even looks like Billie Piper. |

A famous female Science Fiction author that doesn't take no for an answer would do the trick.

A famous female Science Fiction author that doesn't take no for an answer would do the trick. Those are pretty rare, though! Sad but true! |

Just wanted to mention that I sent the PDFs for the 4th book to the publisher today....so if anybody was operating under the assumption that only an author with FOUR books was good enough, well, now's your chance....!

Well I have sat here and racked my brain thinking who would be a good choice for Lex. I thought about one then realized they live the 897,000 miles away so scratched them off the list. Then went to the next one on the list but realized they did have kids after all and grown so scratched them off. Well then #3 on the list seemed idea from the start no kids not too far away was intelligent but dammit found out she liked to watch things burn..........
Ohhhhhh shshshshsh so that blew that list of possibles Back to the drawing board for me.............. |

LEX,,,tell these people the TRUTH,,,YOUR NOT FROM THIS WORLD... They need to know your only stuck here til your bi-plasmo conductor can be finished,,,then,,,BACK to Mars.... SEE,,,theres a perfect answer for everything..... Phosi, Terry, the planet is called Phosi -- It will all make sense in about a year and a half! If you happen to croak without finishing the series, I'll be seriously pissed. My resurrecting skills aren't real great. Here's a clue -- those two guys that took the water from Xavla -- they're not done yet. Also, one of the N-trac people is actually an alien. It's not Frank. Bad teasing, Lex. |

So how long will it take to get to published? For those of us who are jonesing on book series... Here's how it works -- they review the files, make sure everything's all right (we had an issue with the last one about the cover layout, and I had to fix it 3 or 4 times before it worked). Once that's done, I get a proof copy to check out. If the proof is OK, I give them the go-ahead. Generally, it's only a day or two after that before it gets listed on Amazon. |

Dang that's not too bad once it gets rolling! Not bad at all. And I just found out about the Amazon "author pages," so I got set up for one of those, too. It takes a few days for them to create the page, though. |
