Biden is not the most ,,eloquent , speaker for sure. I remember when he made the TOTALLY hYPED UP misstatement regarding OBama being an educated and well spoken black man and people took it to mean that this should be something considered exceptional(a black man being well spoken and educated).
You really have to ,,,SCRIPT , yourself in politics, because once you say it it cant be taken back and it CAN be sliced and diced to look like a million different things |
