I gave her information that will be helpful to you. I can explain it better for you over the phone if you want when you're there. You don't need diets or anything like that. Your body basically works on the same principle that a checking account does.... smokin

It's hard when ya smoke...I can push my body, I can't expand my lungs
anymore than they'll go. That's the parts that sucks..

I lost 125 pounds..the good ole cancer diet, that will kick your butt! I really don't recommend that kind of diet to anyone though...BUT I am now in remission and going strong!!! :smile:

Oh my goodness..so sorry you had to do it that way. And very happy to hear your doing well. My mother and sister lost weight through chemo, then were so sick from it they gained even more after...

Eat right. Stop eating out and take a trip to the grocery store/market. Stick with fruit, veggies, meat, milk, eggs and cheese. Oh yeah, and learn how to make bread. Unless you can find a place that makes bread that is actually good for you, don't eat any more bread. Most of the bread in the market is trash. Pick up a copy of p90x and adjust the program to get the body you want. Ladies, if you want to work out and entertain your man at the same time, get a stripper work out. Pole dancing is amazing. I think it should be an Olympic sport. I'm done. peace!

Oh hell..If I ate meat, cheese and drank milk I'd be the size of the broad side of a barn door. Plus I'd be bloated, farting all day and feel ill. That isn't standard, not everyone can eat that way.

The pole would be fun though....
