You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger.

Loved this movie. An interesting and funny look at relationships, illusions and reality. The character of Helena is an absolute riot.

Just got back from seeing Burlesque and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Christina Aguilera sure puts on a show and Cher is...well Cher. That woman is incredible, no matter what she does.

Oh, and Stanley Tucci has got to be the funniest man ever to breathe.

OH, I agree totally!! Saw this on Thursday night and it was great!!
I think Christine Aquilera will be nominated for an award, if not she should be.. The music and dancing was great!!!

Staunton Hill '09- He may be George Romero's son, but G. Cameron Romero doesn't have dad's directing talent. Pretty blah backwoods horror flick, and I'm usually more forgiving with these type of flicks because it's one of my favorite sub-genres.

Tis the season....

To All A Goodnight '80- I think I'm one of the few who likes this one. During the Christmas Holidays a few teen girls and their boyfriends are terrorized by a Santa-suited psycho. Directed by David Hess(Krug from the original Last House On The Left)

Silent Night, Deadly Night '84. My personal favorite of all the Christmas themed slashers. What I like about this is unlike most slasher films where it's focused on the teen victims, this is focused on the killer. One of the few slashers to have a back story that actually serves a purpose other than time filler.

Sahara, Agora, and MacGruber.

Enjoyed Sahara, was appalled with Agora, and well, MacGruber was my brothers choice.... He worries me.

I saw Tron: Legacy this weekend. Being a huge fan of the original Tron and 82', I was not disapointed with the product. The timeline story wise was sound. Some of the elements of the story I will have to digest later on (a bit confusing). I enjoyed the themes of the movie, being the futility of seeking perfection, sacrifice, and the bond of a Father and a Son.

Another side note is that the original Tron was cutting edge for its day being the first to do a CG movie. It was a gamble than and did not make it very well in the theaters but became a cult classic later on. I think the oringal Tron was ment for or received best by a predominatly male crowd that also gets into Gaming/Programing/Computers/Electronics.

In my opinion of course, the Tron: Legacy atempted to branch off to different interest such as the modern music from Daft Punk, The Dude(which Jeff Bridges was the Dude in the Orignal Tron before The Big Labowsky), and a lead female role. In addition, the technical language was limited. I did like the x,y, and z (aka 3d) axis grid races! All in all the sequal was a fun movie and I plan on watching it in theater again. The last time I saw a movie more than once in theater was for District 9.

(One of the better horror comedies of the 00's)

(In 3-D, some of the cast members from Sleepaway Camp are in this)

Grown Ups - Awesomely hilarious!!! One of Sandler's best ever!!!

How To Train Your Dragon - Very cute!!! Gotta love a film that can make you go "awwwwww" over a dragon!!! smitten

The Expendables - Nicely surprised....Stallone is not aging well but at least he's not like Steven Segal, trying to act and look tough and just ending up looking pathetic and overweight!!! Stallone at least is still in awesome shape!!

The Tourist - Not at all what I expected...but pretty good I guess. It's very difficult for me to watch Johnny Depp and not see Captain Jack Sparrow!!! *giggle*
