some have youthful pixes, and frankly my dear think time has stood still.
some have it comin and goin, but use model pixes.
some want to be known for their hearts not their faces, and think that the written word will catch another.

I don't know if there are more profiles without pics or pics without profiles.

And I don't know which one irks me more. It'd be nice to have both.

Of course, it'd be nice to have a man but that ain't happenin' either.

Everyone I have shown my real pic has experienced depression and suicidal thoughts after seeing my pic because they long to enjoy the beauty of my face.

One person who has seen my face, even went on to say... "I can say my depression is twofold: I was depressed because I really wanted to stare at Tribbles face forever, which seemed like such a perfect face, but after seeing Tribbles pic I was also depressed and disgusted with the sight of other people, I so much wanted to escape reality!"

So you see... it's much safer for you all if I remain anonymous.

You're in luck, I can answer that.

There are FAR more pics without profiles, in the sense that the profiles are either so empty or vapid that they really don't qualify as "profiles" at all. The ratio is approximately 185:1 (assuming a margin of error of 0.22%).

I concur with this estimate. I flipped thru about 4000 pictures of men in the dogalog* and found a similar ratio!

I don't know if you can really copyright a word unless it's a product or something, and then it's probably going to be a trademark.

I came up with "buttologist" in a post earlier today, and I'm pretty sure that's new, but it's too frivolous for me to pursue any sort of legal ownership of the term.

"Dogalog" is a good word, though, although some people are going to confuse it with Tagalog, which is something else entirely. But that's their problem.

Well, I was saying I'm not a professional buttologist, so I wouldn't be able to tell if a butt pic on a profile actually was the same butt as the person who posted the profile. That takes years of extensive training or something, probably.

..why does it always have to mean something bad if people don't post a picture,why must others speculate when they could just ask people why they don't post a pic,of course then they would just assume that the person wasn't telling the truth..or something..because they have no picture..

but i suppose that could go both ways ..if i ask someone if that is their real picture ..i guess i should just assume they're telling the truth because they have a picture...

but then one could go just a little deeper and say ..i won't e-mail anyone without a picture... for me is not as bad as saying..i've seen your picture and i won't e-mail you..

.i suppose it's a matter of preference more than most would think rather than something to hide..but what do i know..i have no picture...

The first sentence in your reply ask why we don't just ask why they don't post! I think I just did publicly!! I'm not interested in taking the time to email each & everyone who has a somewhat decent sounding profile to ask them why they don't post a pic & apparently they aren't too interested in meeting someone or they'd freaking have a pic!! Why take the time to work at it to find out why when they probably aren't someone you'd want to be with anyway? Yes, I get kind of cranky every now & then!!! I'm a woman & it's my right!!
