I'm wondering if I have a viral infection or a bacterial infection in my throat. I'm wondering how I'll get any sleep tonight with this much pain. I'm thinking I don't have enough sick time to take off for this so I'm not gonna get paid. I actually kinda feel like crying. I'm sorry. Get well soon! Do you have any chloraseptic spray? Don't cry!!  Thanks. Hot salt water, a heating pad and 4 advil are helping. At least I'll sleep even if I don't get paid tomorrow. Who knows. Maybe I'll even be okay by tomorrow and can go in.

Sleep does a body good. Also, if you are sick, you are sick. If you have sick time (or some other policy at work that allows for it) call in if you need! You can always offer to come in instead, and share! Now, go rest up and get better!
