when you get a really bad (mean) first email from someone and when you try to respond...they have already blocked you?

I don't know that I've ever gotten a mean first email. But, I've received them after I've told someone I wasn't interested.

Anger is not an emotion that arises in me often,,,, I do feel sorry for those at a level of frustration which keeps them from holding mature and respectful conversation though,,,,,

Some people have no class. At least he showed right up front that he has some issues.

when you get a really bad (mean) first email from someone and when you try to respond...they have already blocked you? so they revealed themselves ( character )in one email..thats pretty good tho isnt it? just be Glad that you didnt get involved with them,for you have saved yourself. 
and move onwards... 
Edit: i just went and looked at your profile,and i dont think you are a bit ugly at all,you look great! plus,i like the part about you being a writer,as im a reader. im gonna guess that the part about you being married,comfortably,is probably what set him off. |

it wouldn't matter even if you sent him an email...he'd just ignore it, or taunt you more until you blocked him.

hah, yeah. Some take a bit longer to show their true colors. I had one recently that got mad that I wasn't interested in being friends. He tried insulting me, then my friends and blocked me.

Great idea! I'd email the low down meanie!! I agree with many here, he showed his true self and potentially saved you some effort and maybe more... We should all email him to THANK him!!! (on your behalf)

Well, I had a somewhat different experience-a guy sends his first email to me talking about the size of his "member"??? Isn't that a bit inappropriate for a first email-or any email for that matter. When I told him politely that I am looking for substance-love, all that, he still kept on going about his "member". Yes, I blocked him after declining..... Wow!!
