Evening Folks! Tim, your Hot Roastbeef Sandwich looks yummy...sure beats my pot pie!!!! it was.. im stuffed, had 1 triple decker hot beef sandwich, 2 sides of potatoes and grave and a helping of cottage cheese I just picked up a gynormus cornbeef, head of cabbage and 2 pounds of carrots tonight....seeing that I am half Irish (on my mama's side) we celebrate Saint Patty's Day big time. Got 3 bottles of Bailey's too. We start at 6-7 AM with green eggs and coffee with Bailey's and are like the energier bunny all day...we keep going, and going, and going I'm 3/4 Irish and i hate corned beef and cabbage!!! OMG...I thought you told me you were Polish like me???? and Irish too.....wow What is your clan? Do you LOVE Celtic Thunder like we do? I got front row center tickets and just about peed my pants when those young men sang....like a wee bit of heaven tis was. Yes and we did the Irsih dancing as kids. Actually went to Ireland when I was in my twenties and visited my relatives over there. They were really poor--I think its heritary!! I just about HAD to love cabbage, with daddy from Poland, we ate it A LOT, and mom being full blooded Irish...double wammy. Ate LOTS of strange things my dad made...it's a wonder I'm still here...HA HA As for my family...we danced the Polka ALL THE TIME...I have memories of standing on my daddy's feet as we whirled around the floor. He was raised in both Milwakee and Chicago (all my siblings born there) so we danced up a storm.... EEh I-EEh I- OHHHHHHHH Moy ya yhachee ko um

My Dad was meat and potatoes type guy. He didn't like corned beef so I was spared that meal!
