Fav Cake...rather have pie.But pinapple upside down cake is good. Or Red Velvet...just not chocolate. OH MY....I have been so hungry for a Pineapple upside down cake. My mom always made it in an iron skillet...it was soooooooo good...lost the recipe in my house fire...got a good one???? not really...I hardly ever bake.
