Evening Folks! Tim, your Hot Roastbeef Sandwich looks yummy...sure beats my pot pie!!!! it was.. im stuffed, had 1 triple decker hot beef sandwich, 2 sides of potatoes and grave and a helping of cottage cheese I just picked up a gynormus cornbeef, head of cabbage and 2 pounds of carrots tonight....seeing that I am half Irish (on my mama's side) we celebrate Saint Patty's Day big time. Got 3 bottles of Bailey's too. We start at 6-7 AM with green eggs and coffee with Bailey's and are like the energier bunny all day...we keep going, and going, and going you dont need to be Irish to like corned beef and cabbage But isn't EVERYBODY Irish on Saint Patty's Day??? Yeah, and I AGREE with Betty....it isn't fair that you stay so skinny....must be that Tutu and all that dancing....

Actually went to Ireland when I was in my twenties and visited my relatives over there. They were really poor--I think its heritary!!
