I'm soo glad to be home from work. Too much drama there right now. I really hope they call me off tomorrow. I wish I could take a few weeks off to let things settle down. I really don't want to deal with their BS right now.

Yeah, things got pretty ugly they shut the most of the plant down, except for my department and a few other people, and most of them aren't allowed back until they have a meeting on Monday and sign a paper.
It's a mixture of things, I think. One, there's always the fact they're going to have scrap and they always want to get that rate as low as possible. But, they recently hired a lor of new people, so they want to remind everyone about the number one cause of scrap, handling damage. Then you have the economy, and now they're looking for ways to stay a float, save money, etc. so, they're looking for reasons to fire people. But, I think what they're really upset about is how over $150K of gold products got scrapped recently.
All I know is that it wasn't me. They're not mad at me, so I don't care. I just don't want to deal with it. |
