My eyes open slowly to welcome the new day
I reach across anxiously wishing you there
My loving hand caresses the smooth sheets
Another sweet dream of you,it fills my void
I'm so consumed by thoughts of you each day
I surrender to you by my nightfallen slumber
My Poetic Goddess soothes my restless mind
Her beautiful smile lends peace & tranquility
No longer I walk such a beaten path of sorrow
Her loving presence has so re-kindled my heart
Worries now replaced by precious understanding
She glides effortlessly across the lush meadow
Her angelic whispers harmonizing with the birds
Adorned by a long white dress of lace and silk
Such luxuriant hair it flows to her shoulders
My footsteps become frozen upon sight of her
I'm left standing in awe and utterly speechless
We hold the keys to each other's loving hearts
Embrace me dear for my heart it so aches me
Her loving arms reach slowly wrapping around me
My painful existence quickly dissolveing away
I long to remain this way through all Eternity
My sweet tears fall upon her tender shoulder
She gently rocks me restoreing my contentment
Joyously now my eyes open to face my coming day
Togethor we shall remain on Earth and in Heaven.
