Aldous Huxley is my favorite author. He's amazing.

Ray Bradbury has some neat stuff too, but I've only read one of his
novels.

I need to read some more Kurt Vonnegut once I have more time.

Oliver Sacks is awesome too if you're his sort of stuff.

Thank you all for sharing with me. Now its time for a soak in a bubble
bath while I read the Raider by Jude Devearoux. I hope I spelled that
right. Looking forward to what you, and others add tomorrow. Have a
great Hump day tomorrow, and chat with you all then.

Have you read any of Sandra Brown, or the new write out her name is
Debbie Macomber(if I spelled that right). Her books are uplifting, and a
bit different than your normal girlie girl book Puffin

I see that a lot really enjoy JRR Tolkein. His triology is outstanding,
and normally I don't like a movie based on books, but have to say they
did an excellent job.

I have this problem I can visualize in my head, which makes the words
come to life. frown Then Im like a little child, every squeak, thump,
or when it is too quiet, and I want to crawl under the bed.....really
thinking about investing in one of those beds that you need a stool to
get into...laugh

That's the only way to enjoy a good book Snuggles. The words are the
script the movies in yer head.

Hanged...

I HATE to tell you, I agree with Snuggles, I don't like books from
Stephen King....I would wind up with nightmares if I was to read one of
his books. The movies are just as bad lolol
