I actually prefer him to drive. I find it chivalrous (crap Lex, I probably didn't spell that right).

if were doing a road trip. That depends on how good of a driver she is. I live in beaver UT, grew up in LA. beaver is a small town and the main road speed limit is 30.
So you tell me how you would feel safe driving in LA with someone that grew up in Beaver there whole life and driving 30mph |

I'm usually the one driving, I find that most women like to have the man drive.

Even when I don't want to drive, they want me to drive. Perhaps they don't want to be the ones at risk for getting the ticket.

Txsgal, that's got to be a mom thing. Mine doesn't like my driving, and I don't drive bad... Well, not when there's someone else in the car. LOL!
I usually prefer the other person to drive, unless its mom (that MS thing), as I have a hard time paying attention to the conversation for watching traffic and such. I'm also better at reading maps, and finding shortcuts, then anyone but Dad. |

It's hard to navigate and drive at the same time. That's why it's always good to have someone be your copilot that can actually read maps, calculate distances and ETAs, and knows about North South East and West directions, NOT "That way or This Way," finger pointing, or "turn left at the third light past the Wendy's."

Oh yeah, dad made that very clear, so I don't do that! And I use maps, rather then mapquest or the gps, because 80% of the time those are so off. |

I love to drive. I'd let him drive if he was having a coronary in the passenger's seat, but otherwise I'd rather be in the driver's seat. Control issues? Nah, not me!
