If it's a dressy dinner at a fancy/formal place, I would definitely wear
stockings and pumps, even during the summer, if it's an inside sitting dinner. If the sitting arrangements are outside, I would wear high-heeled sandals and no stockings. Althought I probably wouldn't want to sit outside where is hot and humid (hair disaster there), and the mosquitoes are probably around to feast on my bare legs

Amazing how most women don't realize how incredibly hot they look when
wearing hose with a skirt and heels. By far the best accessory EVER! True story: I once knew a woman who turned down a (high)six-figure income as a corporate attorney. Her reason? The dress code stated stockings and skirts were mandatory. She said no problem to dresses, but it'd be a cold day in h*** before she wore stockings of any kind for any reason. For that kind of money, I might've worn them myself! |

I always wear stockings or thigh highs when going out in a skirt or
dress... I wouldn't know how to act without them!

Depends on the weather and the shoes. If they're pumps, gotta have
stockings. For some reason pumps without hose looks trashy to me. Summer and sandals, no, gotta show off the pedicure. I actually wear pantyhose very seldom, hate em! Thigh highs are ok. |

Thigh highs with garters are sexy feeling.
oh and some beautiful corsets out, that you can attach to stockings. Pantyhose if you have a tummy like I do like to roll down and bunch, which makes you look blah Summertime, depends on the situation formal event, need the stockings |
