And, now that I think about it...I ran track in high school and my coach was a man. yep me too and mine too.... You ran track? What did you run? 
100 yd dash and second leg in the relay...coach wanted me to do hurdles..my legs were too short and still are.. 
Do your feet reach the floor and your legs reach your thighs?? Then your legs are perfect!!!! My legs are length of my 18 year old , six foot son's hair...we'll leave it at that.

when i was in high school there was a female track coach
but i didnt have p.e a friend of mine and from her and others was told the coach was a lesbien. in fact the coach tried to pick up a friend of mine |

Coaches should not be viewing kids showering no matter what. Do they even have big group showers anymore? I'm thinking that is probably something of the past. I have never and will never shower in a bay full of people. I ran track (hurdles here too!) and did other sports and I don't remember ever having to use a communal shower.

P.S. I don't care what sexual orientation the coach is, as long as they keep it in their pants. Our MAN gym coach was a weirdo. They come in all flavors.

Ok I get what (((T))) is asking here.
I am in no way gay bashing either. I have a gay daughter. When I was in school in junior high and high school we only had female gym teachers for the girls and male gym teachers for the boys. Later on in high school males started coahing girls but were not allowed in the locker rooms. They had a woman assistant for that. They used to stand outside the shower room, our gym teachers and hand us towels as we all paraded on by naked. I always hated that part and the fact that we all had to shower together in one big room. No privacey what so ever. I believe what T was asking is, if the gym teacher was gay- should we allow them to be able to be in the locker rooms where students of the same sex are. My answer is no they should'nt be allowed to do that. I am not saying they are molesters or rapist. It just does'nt seem right to me. It would be like letting a male gym teacher that is straight stand there and observe naked female students, or a female gym teacher that is straight stand there and observe naked male students. It would be not proper. IMO

But now that you do understand my question. What YOUR opinions as to the coaches who OUR ABLE to be in the locker rooms with their players or students,,and able to view them NAKED??? Those being openly gay and with the same sex students? I'll put it this way.... If the coach is good at what he/she does....why would their sexual orientation matter?? AS long as there are no accusations of them doing anything outside the boundaries of being the coach, then why fear them being in the locker room? |
