There MAY be 'others' out there ... until I see 'em, they don't exist. Call me skeptical. As for the 'alien craft', or 'our' craft developed using 'alien technology' from that 'Roswell' crash in 1947 ... oh please. Show me the money. Why is the principle of 'information doubling' never given proper credit ... ? We CAN build our own 'secret' craft with our OWN 'knowledge'. True, they won't be FTL (faster-than-light) and they won't (yet) be invisible or 'cloaked', but they will be one day - and it'll all be done using 'black budget' programs and places like the 'Skunk Works' (even tho' it has a new name now). People insist on looking for things that just ain't there, and 'Area 51' exists to keep prying eyes away from OUR technology. I'd like someone to 'splain me WHY the military can't use a site like 'A-51' when Detroit (in its prime) used to send cars around test tracks draped in canvas or tarps to prevent competitors from viewing their latest product designs ... but that was okay, I guess, 'cuz it was 'commercial'. Well, 'scuse me, but I'd kinda like to know our advance miltech is a bit more important than next year's skatemobile jelly-bean shape. So, until that day when I can exercise my 'Doubting Thomas' streak and put my finger in the hole (so to speak), I'll continue to believe that whatever 'alien life' or 'alien intelligence' exists (or may exist) 'out there' IS there, but hasn't made it here yet 'cuz THEY haven't solved that pesky little 'distance' problem yet, either. Or that 'faster-than-light' problem, either. Warp drive ... ? Nuh-unh ... nice dreams, bad execution ... to paraphrase a '60s term: "Keep the baby, Faith!" ...
