It's after 3 pm and I haven't eaten- nor am I hungry. Over-saturation is bad, but I'm tempted to do it anyway. I'm looking forward to pills, they make everything all better.

I had myself a good cry last night. Today was beautiful, I didn't even mind the snow. Sometimes you just need to cry.

A good cry is very healing. Had one a couple of weeks ago. Didn't finish it, was interupted.
