Letting go is not giving up. Wow, I just realized that. You're right. It's not giving up. I think I've finally learned to be comfortable with the feelings I've tried to avoid. Kinda like if you're in prison and there's this guy you don't like so much that you try to kill him, and he tries to kill you, then you both get thrown in the hole with each other for 90 days, then you just learn to live with each other. Yeah, something like that. I need to go to bed, but why can't I? |

I can't sleep until I'm exhausted because I think too much.
And then I dream all night and wake up tired and confused. I know what you mean, sometimes you have to make friends with an uncomfortable situation just to get through it. |

I'm the same way, except I can't even sleep when I'm exhausted. I have to force myself to sleep.
Sometimes I wish I didn't think so much, then I wonder what I would do with all that extra time.  I should probably feed my fish. |
