I don't know about the stomach area, but here's a great hand to mouth
workout: Unwrap chocolate, lift it to your mouth, open mouth, insert chocolate, chew and chew, swallow, repeat ad nauseum, (or til you run out of chocolate whichever comes first)... |

1) Lay on your back.
2) Cross your ankles 3) Slowly raise your feet off the ground 4) Tighten your abs (they will already be tight, but squeeze hard.) 5) Slowly lower your feet to the ground. 6) Repeat X many reps. |
