Use more calories than you consume.
It's simple. And it doesn't matter too much whether you cut carbs or cut fat, as long as you increase your protein intake. |

Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise as it uses almost every

Katertots37,
Your abs are in four sections. Upper, left, right and lower. The exercise I mentioned above is for lower only. UPPER 1. Lay on your back 2. Cross your arms over your chest 3. Bend your knees at a 45 degree angle 4. Slowly raise your upper body by bending at your waist. Don't tighten your neck or shoulders. 5. Stop raising when you feel the crunch. Don't bring yourself all the way up, you should only be raised a few inches. 6. When you feel the crunch, tighten your abs and hold for a moment. 7. Slowly lower yourself down to the floor. LEFT / RIGHT 1. Lay on your back 2. Cross your arms over your chest 3. Bend your knees at a 45 degree angle 4. Turn your legs to one side and lay one leg on the floor with the other ontop of it. Make sure your back is still flat on the floor, you should only be twisted at your hips. 5. Slowly raise your upper body by bending at your waist. Don't tighten your neck or shoulders. 6. Stop raising when you feel the crunch. Don't bring yourself all the way up, you should only be raised a few inches. 7. When you feel the crunch, tighten your abs and hold for a moment. 8. Slowly lower yourself down to the floor. 9. Switch sides Ten years ago, I would do about 1000 crunches a day (250 of each kind). I still didn't have washboard abs, because that's largely dependant on diet vs calorie usage. |
