“Procrastination” Looking back to when I was younger. Seems those times I was so much stronger. It seemed nothing could get in my way. No matter what was thrown at me day to day. I tackled it with all my might gun hoe to make it right. No matter if I had to work on it to the wee hours of the night. Never once did I give up, throw up my arms and step back. If things went wrong I made sure they got back on track. If I made up my mind I was going to do something I did it. It never crossed my mind to give up and say I quit. When things were put before me that I did not know how to do. I stuck with it figuring it out never giving up till it was through. Back then it never once crossed my mind. Some day down the road I would sit here and find. That all the things I use to embrace. No longer does that seem to be the case. It seems that I have lost that drive. No longer do I seem to find the need to strive. It seems my energy to do those things is gone. Once so out going now I find myself withdrawn. I find myself thinking of a project that needs to be done. Gather up all the stuff that is needed and yet have never begun. Instead it sits there gathering dust waiting for me. Finally I put the things away in order not see. They say out of sight out of mind. So what is it that seems to make me have the need to define? The things I need to do I seem to put off for another day. In the end will it make me feel better if others say that it's okay? K.L.M 1-25-2008

I'll tell you it's okay, but knowing you, at some point you will get to it and do it anyway.

Procrastination is optimism in its purest form.....you know you'll be around another day to get this stuff done
