FYI

Madden NFL has announced they have played the Super Bowl out and the Saints will be the winner by 3 points.

They have correctly predicted 5 out of the last 6 Super Bowls AND correctly predicted the NFC and AFC championship games.

I just found that interesting.

Finally here!!!!

This is the adult male's version of Christmas.

I'm going to party, drink, and eat all day.

Sticking with my original pick.

Looking forward to a great game.

poor Archie

I saw a interview with him last night and he is sooooo conflicted

root for his home team, the team that he ALMOST made it to the playoffs with, and of course all the Mannings are FROM New Orleans. Eli and Peyton were very prominent in bringing in supplies after Katrina

or root for his son to win a second superbowl

hahahahaha poor Archie. we should all be in his dilema

In some ways, he can't lose, but it would be tough, either way.

My guess is, he will cheer for his son, first and foremost.

What dad wouldn't?

If Indy loses, he can at least find some solace in the fact that both his sons have won Super Bowls AND the city he loves will have finally won it, too.

America's team is New Orleans.

My brother and his wife have absolutely NO interest in sports, but they are rooting for the Saints.

I've heard a lot of that, especially from the women that I work with.

Haiti should petition the NFL for a franchise. They could probably reap some benefits from the non-football-fan fans.

"In five of the past six years the EA Sports Madden simulation has correctly predicted the winner of the Super Bowl. Last season, Madden NFL 09 pretty much nailed its prediction on Super Bowl XLIII, calling a big first quarter for the Steelers, a comeback by the Cardinals and then a late Pittsburgh victory. The final predicted score was 28-24 Steelers, just two total points off the actual 27-23 result.

All of this bodes well for the New Orleans Saints. EA projects that Drew Brees and company will pull a 35-31 upset over Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl XLIV. Here's how it's expected to go down:

"The first three quarters display the offensive fireworks that both teams have become known for, with the Colts leading 24-21. A nail biting fourth quarter begins with a big play, courtesy of the Saints' special teams, when Reggie Bush returns a punt for a 42-yard touchdown. However, with minutes left in the game the duo of Joseph Addai and Peyton Manning put the Colts back on top with a go-ahead touchdown pass. With the game hanging in the balance, Drew Brees hits David Thomas for an 11-yard touchdown and the game winning score."

^yes he never complained or tried to interfere with the front office about surrounding him with better players, that's all I hear about with mcnabb, if he had better receivers yada yada yada, he's a momma's boy, it ain't receivers he needs it's heart.....Archie was great despite all the lack luster teams he played for, and he wasn't a whiner.....sad though, saints lose, maybe next year....

Well, at least we know that the Colts fear the Saints. Halfway through the 2nd quarter and it's obvious they spread bogus injury information.
