Yeah, felt indifferent about it really. I think most of it would have been better off not ever being seen. Don't know, just didn't seem right to be reading them after his death.

It was a good look into Kurt himself, and a look that can't be matched by any documentary or story on him. I appreciated it for that, but it was still haunting to read.

Yes, indeed.
The story about putting a rock on his chest and laying on the train tracks only to have the train go onto another track was haunting as all hell.

More than anything I loved his drawings and all the quirky and weird random **** that he would write on the sides of the pages that really didn't have anything to do with the lyrics or journals.


This is why I've had it arranged for all my journals to be burnt when I die. Hehe.

Got my first speeding ticket today. From a sheriff. Five over. 110 bucks.

I should have tried to ditch him. The guy actually did a U-turn in the middle of the road to get me.

I kinda figured when I started to try to be an honest man a lot of horrible stuff was going to happen to me. That's just the way it works. Oh, well. I didn't rip my steering wheel off. I think I'm just gonna sell the car.

I got stopped in a construction zone at 12:30 a.m. a couple weeks ago. One pick up truck with three workers using the headlights. No flashing lights, now warning of workers ahead. Neither one of us saw them. Slammed on my brakes when I did see them.

Can we say set up? I will be going to court... $300.00 plus fine and 4 points. If I lose, say goodbye to my safe driver discount. Don't have a lone pick up truck with no flashing lights in the middle of the night. It just looks like someone getting off at an exit. Not safe for the driver or the workers.

If driving in Michigan...BEWARE. My son got stopped the first night he was here from Arizona. Gotta pay for the police force somehow.
