I guess my ability to handle certain situations with humor is misunderstood, not so much misunderstood as I assume it is not the sociable way to deal with said situation. I am the anti-society, I am the killer of sociable ways, I defy society at every turn...how anyone could mistake this, well, it is simply beyond me.
I am counter-culture, I am everything you despise, hate, even dispel as illogical...make no mistake, I am everything you hate.

I was called darkly poetic the other night, it pissed me off. But then someone else told me it was a compliment, so meh. Anyway, I'm sitting with conditioner on my hair, thinking about random things and wishing I was somewhere else. How about you? I'm not even sure what it is myself!!! |

Well, I write semi-sad/morbid poetry, so I guess that makes me "darkly poetic." I can't write happy poems, not good ones anyway, they always end up sucking.

I know, but that's because you understand me. I'm talking about the rest of the world that I deal with on a day to day basis. I actually got made fun of a little yesterday for my reclusive ways. Not that it hurt my feelings so much, I just found it interesting that people don't understand it. |

Maybe it's cuz' you live in California where everybody wants to be seen?
I hadn't thought about that. Perhaps there's some truth to that. I've been called anti-social many times. 
The good thing though is that I have learned to love myself exactly the way I am and stop trying to change for people. I just get bitchy when I can't be myself.
