serve a plain jane hot dog inside a pancake but boil the dog and have hush puppies with them! serve with heinz cocktail sauce for dipping the hush puppies!!!! and drink with KENTUCKY BURBOUN

what I like to do is to fry up some chorizo lay a fresh HOT green chili on the grill and pour pancake batter on it and sprinkle some of the chorizo into it flip it a couple times and serve it without syrup. the syrup makes it too sweet even for the chili to overcome

Chorizo rules!!! I eat it with everything Had it scrambled in my eggs this morning!!! I get the mild one--other is to much for my tummy!!

Sounds yummy :). Can u tell me wot food 'hush puppies' are? I'm from England and never heard of hush puppies. Except the shoe company. lol :)

I believe it is a type of sausage used in Mexican cooking. Probably spicier than regular sausage.

Do you recommend heating the buns before inserting the wiener? Or, just stick it in and warm it? Would the Bourbon be like soaking the wiener in cider?
