What an odd thing to wake up to in the morning, diluted urine....

Drink a lot of fluids, water is the best...then sweat it out by working out a lot. Doesn't matter, they wanted me in today and there is no way I would have pissed clean today. Now tomorrow, well, that would have been awesome, because I'll definitely be clean tomorrow.

...Just as well, they do random testing too...I need a drug friendly job if I'm going to work as a clerk, cause doing that **** sober sucks.

What the heck is Niacin? I'd google it, but I'm lazy...

It is a natural mineral or something. You can get it anywhere. It helps eliminate toxins in the body. Take too much though and yr skin will itch like crazy cuz' of all the toxins comin' out at once. That's why you only take half....

Oh, I have a confession: I forgot I wasn't in stealth mode and perved a guy. Ugh, I never do that....

Aspirin, and a lot of water. Niacin can push the toxins through the skin, and Niacin flush is a hell of a thing to explain away.

Aspirin (4) followed by 2 8oz. glasses of water, followed by an 8oz. glass of water every 15 to 20 minutes. An hour before the test take 10x the recommended dosage of Vitamin B2 or B complex (this will give urine that nice yellow tint, otherwise you risk them testing it more precise than usual.)

I would have been alright if I had Vitamin B2 or something like that, otherwise they would have ran the sample at lower confirmation levels which is usually 50 ng/mL...15 ng/mL and I'm busted, cause I'm sure I would hit with that low of a confirmation.
