I'm seriously... SERIOUSLY considering saving up all my money and flying to Sydney, Australia to see Sixto Rodriguez perform on April 11'th. The ticket, alone, would be about 1400 US dollars. Just don't forget about our little meet on Feb. 20th

Awww, yay. Early morning self-esteem booster from both of you. Seriously, pkd, the album "Cold Fact" is probably my favorite album. He was this Detroit artist that only took off in South Africa. I probably won't have the money for that Australia trip... I just want to see him play so much.

We just have to make it happen in Detroit. Like an underground movement. Get the word out. I liked the music-kind of like a cross between Bob Dylan and George Clinton.
