My oven doesn't work so I just tried making Pillsbury biscuits in my microwave. Guess what? It worked!

I have several sets of tarot cards, and a couple of tarot books. Yet, I never learned to use them. Woe is me.... I went through many, many decks and numerous books before I found the set that worked perfectly for me. It was about finding a set where the images themselves would give me a clear message when I looked at them. Eh, I don't think that's the problem. I just have to spend some time learning what each card means specifically. I can kind of get an idea, but the book goes into more detail. How many decks do you have so far? |

My oven doesn't work so I just tried making Pillsbury biscuits in my microwave. Guess what? It worked! Do they get brown? That's one thing I have against cooking pot pies there, they don't get brown.

I think I have 4. I love them. One I got because of the pictures in a tarot book, they used these particular cards for decoration. I thought they were so beautiful, I just had to have them.

I get easily overwhelmed if I have too many. Some of the decks are absolutely beautiful and works of art. But, if I have them, I feel like I have to use them and they're not good for reading for me. I'm kinda weird, I know.

I collect them. I used to have one when I lived in Iowa by a young artist, can't remember his name now. I lost it. Over the years, I've been working on rebuilding my collection. Ironically, most of them aren't tarot cards at all, they're oracle cards, I didn't realize til last year..

Oh, yeah oracle cards are a little different and I do have a deck of those I bought just because of the art.

Yeah, some of them are pretty awesome. I think it'd be fun to design my own deck, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

It's 4:40 here in Florida and 51 degrees...
Anyways, I must confess that I will finally go "try" to get some sleep...I have to work the midnight shifts at my new job and I start tonight...but getting ready for it has been hard...I've been up for a long while....atleast I'll sleep most of today and go in fresh!! Thanks to Mingle, the adjustment wasn't so bad!! Haven't worked graveyard in years!!  |

I'm seriously... SERIOUSLY considering saving up all my money and flying to Sydney, Australia to see Sixto Rodriguez perform on April 11'th. The ticket, alone, would be about 1400 US dollars.
