Feminism dictates equality in all fields. That means dating too. There cannot be equality if certain tasks are handed out as "only" men's job, or "women don't do that"...especially when it comes to such activities that are in no way physical and biological attributes are limiting the capability to do so. This also applies to "making the first move", since it does not require any extra physical or biological advantage, like let's say "standing while peeing", so women should take advantage of it...or heck..should be required to equally contribute to balance out the field. ..or . . yeah of course i'm being sarcastic, but I loved to poke at hypocracy, wherever I find it.

It is not that the ladies are waiting on you, ladies are just like men they first look for that physical attraction and then personality. Once they find a connection they will communicate, whether it is by a flirt or mail.
