I need some help. I have a friend who I really like, and she's one of
the people i get along with best actually. Now, this same girl knows i
like her, and we were hanging out at the park today while her little
brother was playing, and we got into the topic of relationships.
apparently her bf doesnt talk much, and it gets on her nerves. Her next
words were, "I need someone who I can break into random conversations
with, who one second we'll talk about school, and the next about Power
Rangers, someone like you." at this point, i started smiling, to which
she said "too bad i only see you as a brother." I swear, this girl sends
the biggest mixed signals in the world. so i ask you, the people of the
general discussion board, is there something wrong with me?or am i going
insane?

No..there's nothing wrong with you. She feels towards you as a
brother...and you may have to just remain her friend...until either she
opens her heart and starts to realize it's you she wants- or...you may
have to just stay with the notion of just remaining very good friends.
But...you never know what the future holds.

What your trying to say is you care about her more then
just a friend,
so why don't you tell her how you feel
and see what happens,

Not a thing wrong with you hummmm my best friend is a guy and that is
the way I think of him as a brother also he hinted around a while back
of it maybe being more but I can't see it that way I love the
relationship we have we talk about everything and anything with no
worries. And want to keep what we have it is a friendship that is far
and few between we have been best friends for 20 years now. So no
nothing wrong with you it is just a good friendship I'm sure she
cherieshes and wants to keep it that way.

see, i wouldnt mind just staying friends though, and she knows i have a
thing for her. the thing thats driving me insane are those little hints
that she wants a guy like me, but not me.
