It's been my experience that guy's prefer stupid women.
Then they start dating them, or worse, marry them, and it drives them crazy because you have to explain everything to them. ..I have alot of guy friends.... Not saying this applies to everyone, just most. |

It's been my experience that guy's prefer stupid women. Then they start dating them, or worse, marry them, and it drives them crazy because you have to explain everything to them. ..I have alot of guy friends.... Not saying this applies to everyone, just most. Guys who are attracted to a less than average intelligent woman usually want to "rescue" them or they don't want them to be a challenge -- not a pain in the arse -- but a cognizant challenge. Of the men I’ve met, the ones who appreciate an intellectual woman are more respectful of her and their egos are not inflated; they are more down to earth. In other words, they don’t have that “caveman” mentality. “Me man. You dumb woman. You listen to me”. |

If I am dating someone, and I ask him to help me study for a test or finals -- and he can't grasp the material or he is not interested -- it's a HUGE red flag!! "You use too many big words" is a turn off to hear.  How about you get a dictionary?

I understand, I get that too. It's more of a turn off to me if they don't read, because I read all the time. *shrugs* It wouldn't even matter what they read, so long as they read.
