wear the one piece; wear the two piece another day; and switch them up.

are you going to the pool to exercise or get some sun?

if just to exercise, either, both or none would be my choice.
if going to swim and get sun I'd wear the 2 piece.

hello, welcome and good luck

I hate one pieces I just don't like them. I would wear a 2-piece I love the ones that look like a sports brawl and mini boy shorts. The are super comfortable and cute :)

the few girls i know like to exercise swim in one peace suits cause they dont risk falling off, decent flexibility. as for if u get rawness in the crotch u should either find a lube or get 1 size bigger swim wear.

for exercising I'd wear the one that fit the most comfortable for you, even tshirt and shorts works.

for your hair, I leave mine loose as the water pushes it back anyway, but you can always either put up in pony tail or pin it up with clip.

try different things until you feel more comfortable, all it is, is trial and error.

good luck

I too am learning how to swim

Crotch lube.

I figure if someone is over the age of 10 and doesn't know what is appropriate apparel for exercising, then well nobody can really help them. I say wear lucite high heels to exercise if you want to troll for attention.

As someone that swam competitively in high school... if you are doing it for exercise... wear a one piece that fits... not too lose and not too tight.

Best wishes learning how to swim!

1 piece for exercise, 2 piece for showing off that new body after the exercise.

As for hair, you can get a swimming cap if you find your hair is all over the place. if you're spending a lot of time in the pool it's better to use a cap cause the chlorine is murder on the hair. Especially if you have blonde hair, the chlorine can turn it green.

I usually wear a one-piece Speedo swimsuit and a cap when I swim in a pool for exercise and a tank suit when in the ocean. Wearing a one-piece will reduce drag and give you more flexibility than bikinis, in my opinion.

I usually have blue jeans on when I do any swimming. It usually means I was out fishing on a boat, got drunk and fell off the boat.......smokin

I had a few of our first year students join me in water cardio and all three wore a 2-piece the first time and now wear a one piece! If you are very active in the water then the 1-piece is probably better.
