I actually mention this in my profile. I don't care how good looking you think you are but I will be the judge of what I deem attractive. Your moms opinion doesn't matter to me either. love this response I love it too! Ugh! MY mom tried setting me up all the time. They all looked like Urkels!! HAWT is subjective; let me decide! that's my question, my query, if you feel (even though imma tell you, you're wrong) that i am not HAWT, should I not feel HAWT??? should I feel less HAWT??? Oh of course feel HAWT!! That's confidence! Some people expect everyone else to have the same opinion as their own opinion and that's where things get a little sideways! I think it's the WAY some people state their confidence. For me, if I hear someone say their are good looking -- it's a turn off but if they say, "I am confident, educated, blah, blah, blah" it's assumed they like their appearance without making that ever so annoying statement, "I am HAWT!" I like alluding to HAWT and not “in yo face”.

Have you noticed they're usually not good looking though? It's like they're laboring under some sort of delusion. Either that, or they don't understand there is no universal standard of beauty. How true -- it's like they're trying to convince themselves first.... It's funny how the ones who devote paragraph after paragraph to "I'm sexy" and "You know you'll want me" are almost always the ones I find the least attractive. But I'm probably not a very good yardstick for this sort of thing.

Just stand there and look hot and don't let your mouth ruin it.

Aw come on Jill, our profile is used to share our truth, what we see, what we want others to see. It's difficult to show confidence, integrity and personality in words but we still try.
