something Muhammed Ali used to make sing......something Mike Tyson had no tolerance for, and something Bruse Lee used to kick with his feet insted of hit with his hands.....It's a great exercise and helps relieve frustration, but I'll take the heavy bag any day.

yea, love the heaving bag... but i can't stay on it for more than 10min lol, it's probably boring to most people but i can hit the speed for hours and be completely entertained
