Hi and welcome! flowerforyou

Create a profile that is a true reflection of you. Be complete though. Don't use phrases like "just ask" or "I like everything".

Use good CLEAR pix that are not dark.

Read the profiles of those that catch your interest. Don't just look at the pictures. If you are seriously wanting to meet someone and get a vibe about them -- read about them! Most women are not that hard to figure out; the problem is some men just don't pay attention. slaphead

Have fun and happy dating!

pretty much what everyone else has said....

If you advertise yourself like a player...you'll get the players.

Be yourself, tell it like it is...and you should be fine.

Welcome to mingle and good luck!

Be honest about what you want. If you're looking for a serious relationship, say so. If you want casual fun, make that obvious as well.

there are actually members in LDRs and they are very happy. So, it is possible if both are willing

As long as both people have integrity and commitment then LDRs can work.

Unfortunately, the poison of instant gratification –- and Tiger Woods -- has ruined it for everyone! rofl

LDR's for the most part don't work....integrity and commitment being common. I've found its just easier to walk into a bar, store, or church and meet a local person then try to commit to someone 2000 miles away. I'm not clear on how people fall in love over the internet but to each there ownspock spock spock

You don't fall in love on the net.

Meet online; fly to each other and meet in person; schmaybe fall in love; and then rack up frequent flyer miles until someone moves.

I did that for a year with a guy in Tenn. He moved to Cali and we stayed together 6 years. Best damn time of my life!

It can happen! tongue2

Fall in love without meeting in person? NO way! noway

Local talent is only good for the "urges"!
