You for sure have a reason to be pissed off! I don't blame you at all I would do everything in my power to see that they take responsibility to fix what THEY messed up!!...  ..even I know you only tighten a fliter hand tight on an oil change or with an oil filter wrench not a torch wrench. BIG DUMMIES!!!!..I'm sorry this has happened to you!!..I sure hope you get it resolved so you can go home or wherever you were going for the holidays. 
Thank you...I'm going to try really hard....and not lose my cool off the bat...but truthfully I want to go in there, take my oil filter and shove it there muffler....but alas I'll try to keep my cool. |
