so i just need to get this venting rant off my chest!

im sick again and my doctor doesn't know why so im being tested from crones and celiac disease.

i had an ovarian cyst pop already a few days ago.my doctor told me to stop taking the bithcontrol that causes the cyst so when im off the bithcontrol i get major depression because the cyst arent being controlled.

i cant keep anything i eat down and ive lost 13 pounds ive basically been sick for a year and 2 months with a bunch of health problems.

my boyfriend has been so busy with his army training to go back to iraq hes too busy to text me back most days let alone call me.

im trying to hold on to my new job but ive missed so many days and i havent been at this new job long enough to get insurance let alone fmla.

i throw up everything i eat except for water and juice im ready to lay down and die!

Oh, you must be so frustrated! I wish I had words of wisdom but I don't. Try to hang tough and you'll amaze yourself at how strong you are.

I know how horrible it is to be violently ill for a long time... but can only imagine because of a source that wasn't my choosing.

I know it might sound ridiculous but write down 100 grateful statements. As in, sit down and write, "I am grateful..." for 100 things.

I hope you feel better, but other than distractions or acupuncture I can't recommend much.

Sorry you're feeling so crappy. If you are not getting the answers you need from your doctor, find a new one. Not all doctors know everything. Good luck to you.

If you've been that ill for that long..you really must find a new MD. A D.O. to start? I had a MD once, I knew more than she did. Nurses know alot more than the docs 1/2 the time also. Call your insurance co. tell them what is going on, am sure they will help you find a new one after paying all those bills and you're still sick.
Get well sweetie, it's hard when you feel awful but you're worth it.

its been multiple issues at any given time and my doc ive had sence i was very little has been very good at giving me great service but hes sending me to a specialist to deal with my g.i tract!

sorry this is happening to you... but I agree with everyone who is suggesting you may need a different doctor.

You sound like you have a stressed life, stress can be devistating...


Noone knows everything... Ok, someone made the comment that nurses know more than doctors *cough* uhm, a 22 year old nurse with an assiciates degree or a trained Medical DO with 8 years of school and 4 years of practical training? Uhm... find a different DOCTOR...

I hear the Doctor/Nurse issue a lot, and it get's old... yeah, like I want a nurse operating on me... *sigh*

Shasta Is absolutley right sweetie!!! As a former Paramedic and ex- Army medic I can state with experience that medicine is NOT in fact an exact science and far to often things that are important and sometime small get missed. Even if it is the same Dr. you choose, keep hounding him or her especialy if your still in that much pain and discomfort. It may be there pratice but its YOUR body and YOUR life. They should follow hipocratic oath #1 Do No Harm!!!!!!!!!

I hope you find someone who can get you off the pharma drugs. Get well ASAP!
