Gentle white kisses baptize my face
as a golden choir sings softly in heavenly grace Feeling crisp cold melt on my tongue, a gentle reminder of when I was young … The warm scent of dreams, disguised in gentle, green pine, decorated with memories of when you were mine… Glittering jewels shine behind cathedral glass panes, where cherubic children sing in hopeful refrain with eyes glimmering bright with sweet anticipation while my own deadened dreams lie in dusty cremation… It‘s another Christmas, the season of giving with expectations held high by those with hopes living… Yet wishes are birthed in a joyous Yuletide even for those whose dreams have withered and died… You see we‘re all little children, no matter how old with desires and dreams of pure Christmas gold. awh@dec 2008 |

soothing, hopeful, almost makes one forget the sad state of the world, but then Christmas is designed for such and you've captured that perfectly.....man I so miss the christmas seasons of purity, when we made things and gave them as presents and people loved them because it truly was the effort and the thought...anyone know how to make an Ipod......lol

Nice to read your thoughts more than once. Don't they say it's always sweeter the second time around?
