funny thing is I'm independent. conservative on most stuff and liberal on some other stuff but I don't care for the republican party
and for as conservative as I am and for as much as my friends all hate Obama with a passion I kinda think he is making fairly reasonable decisions so I'm starting to like and approve of him and the job he's doing |

Personally, I think a lot of Republicans should do 1 of two things. 1.) Start cooperating, or 2.) Go ahead and lay down!  Don't be one of the liberal democrats, I mean masquerading independents, to be "Still in Denial" that Obama lied his way to the presidency. Lobbyist, earmarks, transparency, ethics, surge, Patriot Act, deficits, and dozens more.  wow,, lied about what? Are you prepared to eat crow Republicans? 11 month's? About the time the economy is showing real recovery. Solid, and sustainable recovery, Obama will be up for reelection. I'll bet he wins by an even larger margin in 2012, and the Republican Party will be National laughing stocks. Weak, ashamed, and ready to fold up house! The whole world will know that the Republican Party had no part in the recovery. That they had not cooperated one iota! |

Well I try not to assume peoples intentions without some back up proof. I think most people whole heartedly believe their own crap and are therefore not being deceiving when they share it with others. I believe this is true of politicians too. |

You also seem to forget the FY started in OCT.
By the time Obama had even taken office the first line on that graph was well under way! Almost 1/2 of the year was already history by the time Obama took office. The first spending bill for 2009 was signed by the Bush Admin. |
