hi Mary I am fine thanks. The question is how are you doing?Sounds like you sure got hit hard.Are you ok?  My broom is full of ice and the winds would blow me right through your window Are you expecting lots of snow too or just the artic winds? The last I heard they down graded the amount os snow we are getting,so thats good.But the wind is awful. |

Good evening everyone.. this morning when I got up it was 54degrees, now 36 and dropping with winds 50-60 mph.. Had a hugh thunderstorm this afternoon and now snow flurries... what a day!!!

Hi Mary!  Make lots of snow ice cream!! Hi Tim Bett's are you here? Who else is here? Oh wow....when I was a kid, we made snow ice cream all the time...made some for my kids too. Now-a-days I'd be afraid of what was in the air!! I still make it when we get a heavy snow...live dangerously...you breathe the air anyway!

Mary the wind has started here now.Its really bad. They said this am there were over 40 car crashes in mt city.Thats a lot. hi viv  how are you doing? There were hundreds here...dumb people don't believe the DOT when they say to stay off of the roads!! Told them not to expect to be towed out til this weekend because the roads all have to be plowed before they lift the tow band. You know it's bad when they even pull the plow trucks off the roads!!! Yes that is bad!! |

Iowa is so strange, many years we've had snow in Nov. and Dec.and I think we will have a white Christmas...then a warm front comes through and melts it before Christmas Eve!!!! Somehow, this year, I think we'll have PLENTY!!!! |

Well come here Mary its always white! Well you know how much I LOVED living in Northern Minnesota!!!!!!!! If I could build my log cabin by a lake and take all my kids...I'd be there in a heartbeat! |
