Ok you have a few hundred thousand bucks too spend on your perfect car for taking long road trips. Since you can afford the car you can afford trips every weekend. lol. So what would you pick?

Me, well since off-roading is pretty much shut down I would get something fast and nice. So thats between Bentley and Aston Martin. Well every tool has a new Bentley, and nothing is as classy as a Aston. So I would get a black DB9, and add the chrome luggage rack on the boot lid, like the Stingray Vettes. I would order the Havana Tan and black interior, triptronic gearbox, nav, premium speakers, smokers pack so I can enjoy a cigar while on the drive. Its a beautiful car that will melt the miles away.

if i had that much money i would get a Lamborghini, end of story.

instead of buying the most expensive car out there I'd take that money and build the car I've been dreamin about since High School: a 351w built from the ground up and drop into my 1991 mustang lx and put the best handling suspension upgrades I could find in it. Then I'd take whats left and do the same to my 1995 thunderbird only with a built 5.4l with twin turbos .

T-bird being the daily driver still for weekend trips.

uhh huh! thats a nice car...
but for long roadtrips you gotta think big car, cuz its all about comfort...something you can feel cozy in and not cramped.
I just took a road trip to Florida...22 hrs straight in my 2007 Altima, and all I could think of was how nice it would be to be sitting high in a Chevy Surburban, Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator....I think my knees, legs, lower back and azz would have thanked me for it...
