I work retail sales and sell high ticket items...I simply stunnes me every single day howdown right dumb some people are. Not to mention the total lack of common sense!

Standardize test are usually inaccurate at measuring things. Some IQ tests have been proven to be culturally biased. And 'common sense' has nothing to do with intelligence.

I have to say tho that some people who do not have a high IQ do very well with social testing...and they do very well in life as well.

Thats the problem, no common sense with book smarts. Just cant have both at the same time
