thanks but the flu has reduced me to licorice tea and home made chicken soup - my nose is drippy and getting up to go to the bathroom feels like a 12 mile hike uphill....

Thank you for that information Ruth. I do believe I need to get myself some Rose Quartz. It's very inexpensive. Just make sure you clear it before you use it and then on a regular basis.
