i'm sittin here eating my 8oz of mixed veggies w/seasonig and my 8 oz
glass of water. yuk! total calories...50. gotta lose the baby weight. any body else here dieting. got any good lose weight fast tips? |

Try fruits, most don't have a lot of calories and a fruit smoothie
tastes great, a lot better than veggies. :) |

thx i thought fruits were super high in cals from sugar. but if there about the same i could definitely go for a fruit diet over a veggie one. |

Most fruits have similar calorie counts to veggies, they do have more
sugar, but that's not usually a problem unless you have a diabetic condition or other blood sugar problem. Check out the calorie counter at the Calorie King website, there are a lot of common food items listed there along with the number of calories, carbs, fats and proteins in the different food items. if i did that i'd only have one meal! lol. Cus i think thats about what
a big and tasty at mcdonalds is worth. ha ha. i'm friggin addicted to those things! oh how how will i live without mcdonalds. |

You should eat healthy and not lose more then 2 lbs per week according
to most health professionals. There are many healthy diet foods, look at the weight watchers recipes in the recipe section of the site. |

Excersize. No matter what anyone tells you, there is NO good diet that
will help you lose weight in a healthy way without working out. You need to keep yourself in a catabolic state (rather than anabolic). Ways to do this are: Fast acting carbs Don't eat late at night before bed. Cardio workouts (like jogging or running) in excess of 30 minutes. When you drink water (and you should be drinking plenty), try to drink it cold, it makes your body work to process the water. Yogurt is also great, it's been shown to actually burn calories just by eating it, because your body has to work to process it. Hope some of these tips can help. I don't consider myself a credible expert... However, at one point in my life before the army I was an ACE certified personal trainer and nutritionist. |

Uuum...yeah there is...these Herbs burn Calories taken in on a daily
basis, and the ones that's stored in your body through a procees called "thermogenesis"...(sitting, Standing, Sleeping)...doesn't matter.. |
